These Vendor Terms apply to sellers (“Vendors”, “Sellers”) who offer digital products or services on veriboost.pro (“the Platform”). By creating a vendor account or publishing a listing, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Role of the Platform
veriboost.pro is a marketplace. We facilitate introductions and checkout between Buyers and Sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Seller—not the Platform—is the contracting party for each listing and is responsible for delivery, quality, and applicable tax obligations on their sales.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must provide accurate identity and contact details and keep them up to date.
- You may only list digital goods or remote services that you are entitled to sell.
- You must not offer physical goods requiring shipping as the primary product.
3. Listings
- Descriptions, prices, deliverables, and timelines must be clear and not misleading.
- You must state whether fulfilment is an immediate digital download or a deferred custom service.
- Images and samples must represent the product honestly.
4. Trader status (Omnibus)
Sellers on the Platform act as professional traders by default. If you are a private non-trader, you must declare that status to the Platform so it can be shown to buyers. Consumer rights differ depending on trader status.
5. Fees, payouts, and taxes
Platform and payment fees are disclosed at checkout or in your vendor dashboard. The price shown to buyers is the total amount charged at checkout; the Platform does not add a separate VAT line item. You remain responsible for assessing and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales in your jurisdiction.
6. Orders, messaging, and refunds
- Respond to buyer messages within a reasonable time.
- Deliver within the stated timeframe.
- Honour the Platform Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
7. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, IP infringement, fake reviews, off-platform payment circumvention that breaches Platform rules, or listings that violate law or these terms.
8. Suspension
The Platform may suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms or create legal or payment risk.
