Welcome to veriboost.pro (the “Platform”), a marketplace that connects businesses and freelancers (“Sellers”) offering reputation enhancement services with businesses and individuals (“Buyers”) seeking to improve their online presence on review platforms.
By accessing or using veriboost.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Nature of Services
- veriboost.pro is a marketplace and does not directly provide reputation management or review services.
- The Platform facilitates transactions between Sellers and Buyers but is not a party to agreements between them.
- We make no guarantees regarding the quality, legality, or outcome of services offered.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create an account to buy or sell on the Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
4. Marketplace Rules
- Users must not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
- Misuse of review platforms (e.g., fake reviews, manipulation, or activities that violate third-party policies) is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to remove listings or accounts that violate our policies.
5. Payments and Fees
- Payments are processed through our designated payment partners.
- Buyers agree to pay Sellers the agreed-upon price for services.
- veriboost.pro may charge service fees on transactions. These fees will be disclosed at checkout.
6. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds are subject to the Seller’s policies and applicable law.
- Disputes between Buyers and Sellers should first be addressed directly between the parties.
- If unresolved, veriboost.pro may, at its discretion, mediate but has no obligation to do so.
7. Seller Terms
In addition to the general terms above, Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of services offered.
- Deliver services in a timely, professional, and lawful manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection laws.
- Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or activities that may damage the reputation of the Platform.
- Accept that payment may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, buyer complaints, or violation of these Terms.
8. Buyer Terms
In addition to the general terms above, Buyers agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate requirements to Sellers.
- Not request illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive services.
- Understand that outcomes may vary, and veriboost.pro does not guarantee specific results.
- Release veriboost.pro from liability for disputes or dissatisfaction with services, except as required by law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or reputations in violation of review platform rules.
- Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Circumvent payment processes or conduct transactions outside the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Platform and its content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by veriboost.pro and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability
- veriboost.pro provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of Sellers or Buyers.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, veriboost.pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless veriboost.pro, its affiliates, and its staff from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which veriboost.pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
