As your product evolves, documentation must keep up. I’ll dedicate a fixed monthly block of time to updating help articles, release notes or internal docs so they always reflect the current version of your product.

 

What you get
• Monthly retainer focused on documentation updates (for example 10 hours per month)
• Edits and updates for up to 10 existing articles, pages or sections per cycle
• Creation of 1–3 new short docs or FAQ entries when needed
• Consistency checks for terminology, screenshots and version numbers
• Simple tracking log showing what changed, when and where

 

How it works
• You choose a monthly hour quota and share a prioritized task list
• At the start of each month we confirm 3–5 top priorities to tackle first
• I update content in your preferred format (docs, CMS, help desk tool)
• You review major changes, approve them and flag new items for the next month
• We repeat the cycle so your documentation stays accurate quarter after quarter
