This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled on veriboost.pro (“the Platform”), a marketplace connecting businesses and freelancers (“Sellers”) with clients (“Buyers”) seeking reputation enhancement services.

By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.


1. General Policy

  • veriboost.pro is a marketplace. We facilitate transactions between Buyers and Sellers but do not directly provide services.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Seller’s service terms and applicable law.
  • The Platform reserves the right to intervene in disputes but cannot guarantee a refund.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the service description carefully before purchasing.
  • Communicating clearly with the Seller regarding requirements and expectations.
  • Initiating refund requests promptly if services are not delivered or are unsatisfactory.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Provide services as described in their listing.
  • Deliver services within the agreed timeframe.
  • Respond to refund or dispute requests promptly and in good faith.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The Seller fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe.
  • The service delivered materially deviates from the description provided.
  • Fraudulent activity or breach of Platform rules by the Seller.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind after service delivery.
  • Disputes regarding subjective satisfaction if the service meets the agreed description.
  • Services that are partially completed or delivered according to the Seller’s terms.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact the Seller: Buyers must first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Seller.
  2. Open a Dispute: If unresolved, Buyers may contact veriboost.pro at info@veriboost.pro with details of the transaction and issue.
  3. Review and Decision: The Platform may review evidence and mediate in good faith. Any refund issued is at the discretion of the Seller or per Platform mediation.
  4. Payment Reversal: Refunds, if approved, are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to payment provider terms.

6. Timing

  • Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider but typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Limitations

  • veriboost.pro is not liable for services that do not meet Buyer expectations if the Seller fulfilled the service as described.
  • Platform involvement in disputes is facilitative only and does not constitute a guarantee of a refund.
